This policy explains what information Object Infotech collects through objectinfotech.com, why we collect it and what we do with it. It covers the website only — work carried out under a signed client agreement is governed by that agreement.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus standard technical data that any website receives when a page is requested.
- Contact and enquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you selected and the message you write.
- Newsletter: your email address, and a record of the confirmation click that opts you in.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, referring page and pages viewed, collected by our hosting provider and analytics.
How we use it
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project.
- To send the newsletter you confirmed a subscription to.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
- To detect and block automated spam submissions.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns — which pages are visited, from where and on what device. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser for this purpose. IP anonymisation is enabled.
The contact and newsletter forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which performs a background check to distinguish people from bots. Turnstile is privacy-preserving and does not track you across sites.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site remains fully usable with cookies disabled.
Service providers
We use a small number of third parties to run the site. Each receives only the data needed for its function:
- Netlify — website hosting and the serverless functions that process form submissions.
- Google Analytics — aggregate website traffic measurement.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — spam and bot protection on forms.
- Our email provider — delivery of enquiry and newsletter messages.
How long we keep information
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they are commercially relevant, and then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
Your choices
To make any of these requests, email info@objectinfotech.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send.
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Object to our use of your information for a particular purpose.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated and rate-limited on the server, and access to the inbox that receives enquiries is restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send confidential documents or credentials through the website forms.

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and change the date above.
